🍽️ Cream Pudding with Thyme Syrup

Ingredients
- vanilla flavoring
- 50 g sugar
- 500 ml whipping cream
- 5 leaves white gelatin
- 200 g sugar
- 1 bunch thyme
- thyme flowers (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Heat the sugar, cream, and vanilla flavor in a pot.
- 2. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- 3. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 4. Soak the gelatin in cold water.
- 5. Squeeze the gelatin well.
- 6. Dissolve the gelatin in the hot cream.
- 7. Pour the mixture into four small pudding molds.
- 8. Place the molds in the refrigerator for four hours.
- 9. Bring 500 milliliters of water and sugar to a boil in a pot.
- 10. Let the syrup simmer for about ten minutes.
- 11. Rinse the thyme.
- 12. Shake the thyme dry.
- 13. Place the thyme in the hot syrup.
- 14. Let the syrup cool down overnight.
- 15. Strain the syrup.
- 16. Unmold the panna cotta onto dessert plates.
- 17. Drizzle the panna cotta with the syrup.
- 18. Garnish the panna cotta with thyme flowers.
- 19. Serve the dish.
