  2. 2. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. 3. Remove the pot from the heat.
  4. 4. Soak the gelatin in cold water.
  5. 5. Squeeze the gelatin well.
  6. 6. Dissolve the gelatin in the hot cream.
  7. 7. Pour the mixture into four small pudding molds.
  8. 8. Place the molds in the refrigerator for four hours.
  9. 9. Bring 500 milliliters of water and sugar to a boil in a pot.
  10. 10. Let the syrup simmer for about ten minutes.
  11. 11. Rinse the thyme.
  12. 12. Shake the thyme dry.
  13. 13. Place the thyme in the hot syrup.
  14. 14. Let the syrup cool down overnight.
  15. 15. Strain the syrup.
  16. 16. Unmold the panna cotta onto dessert plates.
  17. 17. Drizzle the panna cotta with the syrup.
  18. 18. Garnish the panna cotta with thyme flowers.
  19. 19. Serve the dish.
