🍽️ Creamy Herb Dressing

Ingredients
- 50 g heavy cream
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 0.5 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh herbs (e.g. parsley, tarragon leaves, chives... )
Instructions
- 1. Add salt, sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, and pepper to a bowl.
- 2. Stir the ingredients with a spoon until the sugar and salt have dissolved.
- 3. Add the oil.
- 4. Whisk the mixture vigorously with a whisk until it is creamy and slightly emulsified.
- 5. Stir the cream into the dressing.
- 6. Season the dressing to taste with salt and pepper.
- 7. Gently fold in the finely chopped herbs.
