🍽️ Orange Cream Dessert

Ingredients
- 200 g whipping cream
- 1 packet cream stabilizer
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 2 oranges
- 2 tbsp ground almond kernels
- 2 tbsp peeled almond kernels
Instructions
- 1. Whip the cream together with cream stabilizer and vanilla sugar until stiff.
- 2. Peel the oranges carefully with a sharp knife, removing the white pith as well.
- 3. Cut the fruit segments out of the membranes and catch the juice that escapes.
- 4. Squeeze the remaining juice from the orange peels.
- 5. Fill narrow, tall glasses alternately with orange segments (soaked in some juice) and the cream.
- 6. Garnish the dessert with whole almonds and ground almonds and serve.
