  1. 1. Place the Amaretti cookies in a freezer bag or cover them with cling film.
  2. 2. Crush the cookies with a rolling pin until they break down into coarse, irregular pieces.
  3. 3. Take four small dessert glasses.
  4. 4. Put one teaspoon of strawberry jam into the bottom of each glass.
  5. 5. Sprinkle half of the crumbled Amaretti evenly over the jam.
  6. 6. Place some fresh raspberries and cherries on top of the cookie crumbs.
  7. 7. Add a dollop of the whipped cream on top of the fruit.
  8. 8. Spread the remaining teaspoon of strawberry jam over the cream.
  9. 9. Repeat steps 5 to 8 to create the second layer.
  10. 10. Use the remaining whipped cream and Amaretti crumbs for the top layer.
  11. 11. Garnish the dessert with the final Amaretti pieces at the end.
