  3. 3. Stir in the same amount of water into the juice.
  4. 4. Bring the diluted liquid to a boil in a pot.
  5. 5. Stir in the sago pearls.
  6. 6. Let the mixture simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
  7. 7. Remove the pot from the heat.
  8. 8. Stir in sugar, lime juice, lime zest, and a pinch of salt.
  9. 9. Let the cream simmer on low heat for another 5 minutes.
  10. 10. Slice the jackfruit pieces lengthwise into thin strips.
  11. 11. Fold the jackfruit strips into the sago cream.
  12. 12. Divide the mixture among four dessert glasses.
  13. 13. Bring the coconut milk to a boil in a small pot.
  14. 14. Mix cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water to form a smooth paste.
  15. 15. Stir the starch paste into the boiling coconut milk.
  16. 16. Let the sauce come to a brief boil until it thickens.
  17. 17. Pour the warm coconut sauce over the dessert glasses.
  18. 18. Place the glasses in the refrigerator to cool.
