🥤 Juicy Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients
- 60 g Butter
- 80 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 500 g Quark
- 300 g Apple Sauce (no sugar)
- 125 g Semolina
- 50 g Dried Mango
Instructions
- 1. Put 50 grams of butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and the eggs into a bowl.
- 2. Add the quark (curd cheese) spoonful by spoonful.
- 3. Mix the mixture briefly but thoroughly using the beaters of a hand mixer.
- 4. Add the apple puree and stir it in.
- 5. Finally, add the semolina and mix it in.
- 6. Dice the mango.
- 7. Fold the mango cubes into the batter.
- 8. Grease a rectangular baking pan (20x30 cm) with the remaining butter.
- 9. Pour the batter into the pan.
- 10. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (convection: 160 °C, gas: setting 2).
- 11. Bake the cake on the middle rack for 40 minutes.
- 12. Cover the cake with aluminum foil for the last 10 minutes if it is browning too much.
- 13. Let the cake cool down slightly in the pan.
- 14. Cut the cake in half lengthwise.
- 15. Cut both strips into 6 pieces each, approximately 5x10 cm.
- 16. Wrap the bars in foil for taking away.
