  4. 4. Pour about 1.5 liters of water into the pot.
  5. 5. Add the bay leaf and the rosemary to the water.
  6. 6. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  7. 7. Rinse the chicken drumsticks under running water.
  8. 8. Pat the drumsticks dry with a kitchen towel.
  9. 9. Remove the skin from the chicken drumsticks.
  10. 10. Place the drumsticks into the hot water.
  11. 11. Reduce the heat so that the water is no longer boiling.
  12. 12. Let the drumsticks cook in the warm water for about 40 minutes.
  13. 13. Peel the onion and the garlic for the sauce.
  14. 14. Dice the onion and the garlic very finely.
  15. 15. Heat butter in a frying pan.
  16. 16. Sauté the onions and garlic in the hot butter until translucent.
