  3. 3. Sauté the onions in it until they are translucent.
  4. 4. Add the rice and stir it briefly.
  5. 5. Pour in the boiling broth gradually.
  6. 6. Keep stirring continuously.
  7. 7. Add the saffron to the pot.
  8. 8. Season the dish with salt and pepper.
  9. 9. Let the risotto cook for about 20 minutes.
  10. 10. Stir in half of the Parmesan and the butter.
  11. 11. Transfer the risotto into a bowl.
  12. 12. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
