🍽️ Creamy Saffron Risotto

Ingredients
- 400 g Arborio rice
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 l meat broth (from a jar)
- 1 packet saffron threads
- 80 g grated Parmesan
- 40 g butter
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onion and chop it very finely.
- 2. Heat the butter and olive oil in a pot.
- 3. Sauté the onions in it until they are translucent.
- 4. Add the rice and stir it briefly.
- 5. Pour in the boiling broth gradually.
- 6. Keep stirring continuously.
- 7. Add the saffron to the pot.
- 8. Season the dish with salt and pepper.
- 9. Let the risotto cook for about 20 minutes.
- 10. Stir in half of the Parmesan and the butter.
- 11. Transfer the risotto into a bowl.
- 12. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
