🍽️ Saffron Rice with Broccoli

Ingredients
- 100 g long-grain rice (parboiled)
- 1 tsp. saffron
- 200 g broccoli
- 2 tsp. oil
- 1 untreated lemon
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Put the rice in a pot with double the amount of salted water and the saffron.
- 2. Cook the rice until soft.
- 3. Wash the broccoli and divide it into small florets.
- 4. Put the broccoli florets in a pot with salted water.
- 5. Cook the broccoli for about 15 minutes until done.
- 6. Squeeze the lemon.
- 7. Mix the lemon juice with two tablespoons of oil and the horseradish.
- 8. Grate some lemon zest.
- 9. Season the marinade with the lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- 10. Pour the marinade over the finished broccoli.
