  4. 4. Put the broccoli florets in a pot with salted water.
  5. 5. Cook the broccoli for about 15 minutes until done.
  6. 6. Squeeze the lemon.
  7. 7. Mix the lemon juice with two tablespoons of oil and the horseradish.
  8. 8. Grate some lemon zest.
  9. 9. Season the marinade with the lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
  10. 10. Pour the marinade over the finished broccoli.
