🍽️ Classic Rum Truffles

Ingredients
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 3 tbsp rum
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat the crème fraîche in a saucepan.
- 2. Add the crumbled chocolate to the warm cream and stir until it has completely melted.
- 3. Stir in the rum and butter into the chocolate mixture.
- 4. Place the bowl in the refrigerator.
- 5. Wait until the mixture is firm but not hard.
- 6. Place a large, shallow dish in the freezer compartment.
- 7. Spread the cocoa powder onto a flat plate.
- 8. Take the chocolate mixture out of the refrigerator.
- 9. Roll small balls from the mixture using cool hands.
- 10. Roll the balls in the cocoa until they are completely covered.
- 11. Place the finished truffles on the pre-chilled dish.
