  3. 3. Stir in the rum and butter into the chocolate mixture.
  4. 4. Place the bowl in the refrigerator.
  5. 5. Wait until the mixture is firm but not hard.
  6. 6. Place a large, shallow dish in the freezer compartment.
  7. 7. Spread the cocoa powder onto a flat plate.
  8. 8. Take the chocolate mixture out of the refrigerator.
  9. 9. Roll small balls from the mixture using cool hands.
  10. 10. Roll the balls in the cocoa until they are completely covered.
  11. 11. Place the finished truffles on the pre-chilled dish.
