Ingredients
- 1 large rump steak (approx. 250 g)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- oil
- 2 tomatoes
- thyme (2 sprigs each)
- rosemary (2 sprigs each)
Instructions
- 1. Season the meat with salt and pepper, coat it with oil, and place it on the hot grill. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes per side, depending on your preference.
- 2. Place the tomatoes on the herb sprigs at the edge of the grill and cook them there.
