  2. 2. Lightly beat the egg with a fork.
  3. 3. Add the butter, milk, and beaten egg to the dry ingredients.
  4. 4. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
  5. 5. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap.
  6. 6. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for one hour.
  7. 7. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  8. 8. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  9. 9. Dust a work surface with flour.
  10. 10. Roll the dough out thinly to a thickness of 4 to 5 millimeters.
  11. 11. Cut out rectangular dough pieces about 10 to 15 centimeters long.
  12. 12. Toast the nuts briefly in a pan without fat.
  13. 13. Remove the nuts from the pan and set them aside.
  14. 14. Caramelize honey and sugar over low heat in the pan.
  15. 15. Stir in the nuts and cinnamon as soon as the caramel mixture is runny.
