🍽️ Scrambled eggs with tomatoes on bread

Ingredients
- 4 dried tomatoes in oil
- 3 eggs
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 slices whole grain bread
- basil
Instructions
- 1. Pat the tomatoes dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
- 3. Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
- 4. Fold the tomato cubes into the eggs.
- 5. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 6. Heat one tablespoon of tomato oil in a pan.
- 7. Pour the egg-tomato mixture into the hot pan.
- 8. Stir the egg occasionally until it sets.
- 9. Spread tomato ketchup on the bread.
- 10. Place the scrambled eggs on the bread.
- 11. Grind some fresh pepper over the egg.
- 12. Garnish the dish with fresh basil.
- 13. Serve the scrambled eggs immediately.
