Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 20 g sour cream (1 tbsp)
- 100 g cooked ham (in slices)
- 4 sprigs parsley
- 5 g butter (1 tsp)
- salt
- pepper
- 120 g bread (4 slices)
Instructions
- 1. Whisk the eggs together with the sour cream in a bowl until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
- 2. Cut the ham into thin, narrow strips.
- 3. Wash the parsley thoroughly, shake off excess water, and then chop it finely.
- 4. Heat the butter in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- 5. Fry the ham strips in the pan for 2 to 3 minutes until they are lightly browned.
- 6. Pour the egg mixture over the ham and stir constantly until the eggs set and become creamy (this takes about 5 to 7 minutes).
- 7. Season the scrambled eggs to taste with salt and black pepper.
- 8. Divide the finished scrambled eggs evenly among four small plates or bowls.
- 9. Sprinkle each dish with the chopped parsley.
- 10. Serve the scrambled eggs warm alongside fresh bread.
