🍽️ Creamy Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon and Dill

Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- salt
- pepper from the mill
- 1 tbsp chopped dill tips
- 1 tbsp butter
- 6 slices smoked salmon
- salad (for garnish)
- 1 small bowl remoulade
Instructions
- 1. Whisk the eggs in a bowl with the milk.
- 2. Season the egg mixture generously with salt and pepper.
- 3. Heat the butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- 4. Pour the egg mixture into the hot pan.
- 5. Stir the egg continuously while cooking until it sets.
- 6. Spread the finished scrambled eggs onto a plate.
- 7. Sprinkle freshly chopped dill over the eggs.
- 8. Place the slices of smoked salmon next to the eggs.
- 9. Serve the dish with a salad made of leaf lettuce and chicory.
- 10. Serve the remoulade sauce on the side.
