- 3 tbsp chives

- 200 g shrimp (peeled)
- 4 slices toast bread
Instructions
- 1. Whisk the eggs together with the cream in a bowl until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
- 2. Heat the butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat until it foams.
- 3. Pour the egg mixture into the hot pan.
- 4. Stir the eggs constantly with a wooden spoon while cooking until they are just set but still creamy.
- 5. Sprinkle the finely chopped chives evenly over the scrambled eggs.
- 6. Season the dish to taste with a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- 7. Distribute the crab meat pieces evenly over the scrambled eggs.
- 8. Toast the bread slices in a toaster or pan until they are golden brown and crispy.
