  2. 2. Heat 20 grams of butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Rinse the crab meat briefly under cold water and let it drain well.
  4. 4. Fry the crab meat in the hot butter for 2 to 3 minutes until they have lost their color and are warm.
  5. 5. Remove the crab meat from the pan and set it aside.
  6. 6. Pour the egg and cream mixture into the same pan.
  7. 7. Stir the scrambled eggs constantly until they are slightly set and creamy.
  8. 8. Cut the bread loaves diagonally in half.
  9. 9. Spread the bread halves thinly with the remaining butter.
  10. 10. Place the finished scrambled eggs and the prepared crab meat on the bread.
