🍽️ Fresh Arugula Salad with Parma Ham and Lemon Dressing

Ingredients
- 0.5 small lemon
- salt
- 1 tsp liquid honey
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- pepper
- 150 g arugula (2 bunches)
- 2 tbsp capers (jar)
- 200 g Parma ham (in paper-thin slices)
Instructions
- 1. Squeeze the lemon and measure out 1 tablespoon of juice.
- 2. Whisk the lemon juice in a bowl with salt and honey.
- 3. Stir in the olive oil until the mixture is well combined.
- 4. Season the dressing with black pepper to finish.
- 5. Wash the arugula thoroughly.
- 6. Remove any tough stems or wilted leaves.
- 7. Dry the greens using a salad spinner or kitchen towel.
- 8. Tear the arugula into bite-sized pieces.
- 9. Drain the capers well.
- 10. Stir the capers into the prepared salad dressing.
- 11. Gently toss the arugula with the sauce.
- 12. Place the salad on a large platter.
- 13. Arrange the Parma ham slices on top of the salad.
- 14. Serve the dish immediately.
