Ingredients
- 300 g beef (steak meat)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tomatoes
- 50 g olives
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 0.5 bunch arugula
- 1 tbsp almond kernels
Instructions
- 1. Cut the beef into thin strips.
- 2. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 3. Slice the washed tomatoes.
- 4. Wash the arugula (arugula is a type of leafy green salad).
- 5. Shake the arugula dry to remove excess water.
- 6. Tear the arugula leaves into smaller pieces if necessary.
- 7. Heat oil in a pan over high heat.
- 8. Fry the beef strips for 2 to 3 minutes in the hot pan.
- 9. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
- 10. Add the tomato slices, olives, and almonds to the pan.
- 11. Drizzle the mixture with balsamic vinegar.
- 12. Sprinkle everything with parsley.
- 13. Let the ingredients heat through briefly.
- 14. Distribute the arugula onto the plates.
- 15. Place the hot beef mixture on top of the arugula.
