🍽️ Arugula Salad with Mozzarella

Ingredients
- 150 g arugula
- 1 box cress
- 200 g mini mozzarella balls
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 70 g parmesan (in a block)
- 3 tsp red peppercorns
Instructions
- 1. Cut off the thick stems from the arugula. Wash the arugula and cress thoroughly and spin them dry. Remove the mozzarella balls from the package and let them drain. Place the dry greens on a plate and arrange the mozzarella balls on top.
- 2. Mix the oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, pepper, and salt to make a dressing. Drizzle the dressing over the salad. Sprinkle paper-thin parmesan slices and red peppercorns on top. Serve the salad now.
