  2. 2. Add the orzo pasta to the boiling water.
  3. 3. Cook the pasta until al dente, as described on the package.
  4. 4. Drain the pasta and let it drip dry.
  5. 5. Take the peppers from the sieve and let them drain well.
  6. 6. Rinse the chicken breast fillet under cold water.
  7. 7. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
  8. 8. Slice the chicken into thin slices.
  9. 9. Season the meat slices with salt and pepper.
  10. 10. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a grill pan.
  11. 11. Fry the chicken meat until golden brown in the pan.
  12. 12. Wash the rocket thoroughly.
  13. 13. Remove any picked-over or wilted leaves from the rocket.
  14. 14. Spin-dry the rocket.
  15. 15. Cut the drained peppers into thin strips.
  16. 16. Squeeze the half lemon to get the juice.
  17. 17. Whisk two tablespoons of lemon juice with the remaining oil.
  18. 18. Season the vinaigrette with salt and pepper.
  19. 19. Mix the lukewarm orzo pasta with the rocket and pepper strips.
  20. 20. Portion the pasta mixture into small bowls.
  21. 21. Distribute the grilled chicken meat on the salad.
  22. 22. Drizzle the dish with the vinaigrette.
