🍽️ Fried turkey strips on arugula and tomato salad

Ingredients
- 500 g Turkey Breast Fillet
- 1 Garlic Clove
- Lemons
- 250 g Arugula
- 200 g Cherry Tomatoes
- 80 g Parmesan
- 4 Slices Toast Bread
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 4 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
- 5 tbsp Chicken Broth (Instant)
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 5 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the turkey meat under cold water.
- 2. Pat the meat completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the meat into slices about 1.5 centimeters thick.
- 4. Season the meat slices with salt and pepper.
- 5. Peel the garlic clove.
- 6. Press the garlic.
- 7. Mix the garlic with the lemon juice.
- 8. Pour the garlic-lemon mixture over the meat.
- 9. Let the meat marinate covered for 30 minutes.
- 10. Rinse the arugula leaves under cold water.
- 11. Pat the arugula leaves dry with a kitchen towel.
- 12. Rinse the tomatoes under cold water.
- 13. Cut the tomatoes in half.
- 14. Shave the Parmesan into thin slices.
- 15. Cut the toast bread into small cubes.
- 16. Fry the bread cubes in the butter until crispy on all sides.
- 17. Heat oil in a pan.
- 18. Fry the turkey breast briefly but vigorously on both sides.
- 19. Mix the remaining ingredients for the marinade well.
- 20. Distribute all ingredients on the plates.
- 21. Sprinkle the salad with the crispy bread cubes.
- 22. Sprinkle the salad additionally with the Parmesan.
