🍽️ Fresh Arugula Salad with Bresaola

Ingredients
- 170 g arugula
- 100 g bresaola
- 2 shallots
- 4 tbsp walnut oil
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- salt
- pepper
- 50 g parmesan
- 3 tbsp chopped walnuts
Instructions
- 1. Wash the arugula thoroughly and shake off the excess water. Peel the shallots and chop them finely. Mix the oil with the vinegar, season with salt and pepper, and stir in the finely chopped shallots to create the dressing.
- 2. Grate the Parmesan into fine shavings. Toss the arugula in the prepared dressing until well coated. Arrange the salad on plates, place the thin slices of bresaola (air-dried cured beef) in between, and garnish with the Parmesan shavings and walnuts.
