  3. 3. Peel the garlic clove and set it aside.
  4. 4. Place the arugula, spring onion rings, garlic, orange juice, and vegetable broth into a blender.
  5. 5. Blend the ingredients with the mixer until a fine, smooth mixture forms.
  6. 6. Add the yogurt and crème fraîche (a sour cream) to the soup.
  7. 7. Mix everything again with the mixer until the ingredients are fully combined.
