🥤 Fresh Juice with Celery, Fennel, and Arugula

Ingredients
- 200 g Celery (1 piece)
- 0.5 bulb Fennel
- 80 g Arugula (1 bunch)
- 125 g Chicory (1 Chicory)
- Also: Ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Wash the celery root thoroughly.
- 2. Remove the outer skin using a peeler.
- 3. Cut off a very thin slice and set it aside.
- 4. Dice the remaining celery roughly.
- 5. Clean the fennel and wash it.
- 6. Cut the fennel into large cubes as well.
- 7. Wash the arugula.
- 8. Dry the arugula in a salad spinner.
- 9. Wash the chicory.
- 10. Dry the chicory with a kitchen towel.
- 11. Chop the chicory roughly.
- 12. Cut the saved celery slice into thin sticks.
- 13. Place the celery cubes, fennel, arugula, and chicory into a juicer.
- 14. Juice all the ingredients.
- 15. Pour the juice into a glass.
- 16. Add a few ice cubes.
- 17. Garnish the drink with the celery sticks.
