Ingredients
- 100 g arugula (finely chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (peeled, finely chopped)
- 3 tbsp Pecorino (freshly grated)
- 5 tbsp hazelnut oil
- 5 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 50 g hazelnuts (finely chopped)
- 0.5 tsp salt
- black pepper (from the mill)
