Ingredients
- 125 g arugula
- 1 untreated lemon
- 2 peaches
- sea salt
- pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 400 g halloumi
- white bread (to serve)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the arugula thoroughly.
- 2. Remove any damaged leaves.
- 3. Shake the salad dry.
- 4. Wash the lemon.
- 5. Grate some lemon zest.
- 6. Cut the lemon in half.
- 7. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 8. Wash the peaches.
- 9. Cut the peaches in half.
- 10. Remove the pits from the peach halves.
- 11. Season the peaches with the lemon zest.
- 12. Add a little salt.
- 13. Add a little pepper.
- 14. Brush the peaches with one tablespoon of oil.
- 15. Cut the cheese into eight slices.
- 16. Preheat the grill.
- 17. Place the cheese on the hot grill.
- 18. Place the peaches on the hot grill.
- 19. Grill the cheese and peaches until golden yellow.
- 20. Turn the ingredients while grilling.
- 21. Grill everything for four to eight minutes.
- 22. Marinate the salad with the lemon juice.
- 23. Add oil to the salad.
