🍽️ Fresh Arugula Dip

Ingredients
- 40 g arugula (0.5 bunch)
- 2 tsp mustard seeds
- 4 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 4 tbsp classic vegetable broth (cold)
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the arugula under running water.
- 2. Dry the greens well, for example in a salad spinner.
- 3. Remove all thick stems from the arugula.
- 4. Chop the arugula very finely.
- 5. Put the mustard seeds into a mortar.
- 6. Crush the mustard seeds coarsely.
- 7. Add the finely chopped arugula to the crushed mustard.
- 8. Add the oil.
- 9. Grind everything together into a smooth paste in the mortar.
- 10. Stir the vegetable broth into the paste.
