  1. 1. Wash the arugula thoroughly and shake it dry. Slice the mozzarella into thin pieces and finely chop four basil leaves. Place the arugula on the plates and arrange the mozzarella slices on top.
  2. 2. Mix the vinegar with salt and pepper and drizzle the mixture over the cheese slices. Pour the olive oil over it and garnish the salad with the remaining basil leaves.
