🍽️ Cheese Roulades with Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 4 veal cutlets
- 50 g black pitted olives
- 0.5 bunch parsley
- 3 sprigs marjoram
- 3 beef tomatoes
- 200 g feta cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 150 ml broth
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the olives and the herbs.
- 2. Peel the tomatoes and cut them into coarse cubes.
- 3. Pound the meat cutlets flat.
- 4. Season the cutlets with salt and pepper.
- 5. Mash the cheese and mix it with the olives and herbs.
- 6. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the cutlets.
- 7. Roll up the cutlets tightly.
- 8. Secure the rolls with toothpicks.
- 9. Fry the roulades in olive oil on all sides.
- 10. Deglaze the meat with the broth.
- 11. Add the tomato cubes to the pan.
- 12. Season the sauce again with salt and pepper.
- 13. Cook the roulades covered on low heat for 25 minutes.
