  5. 5. Place the shredded red cabbage into a bowl.
  6. 6. Sprinkle the cabbage with a pinch of salt and add the remaining lemon juice.
  7. 7. Knead the mixture vigorously with your hands to soften the cabbage.
  8. 8. Let the cabbage rest for ten minutes to become more tender.
  9. 9. Whisk apple cider vinegar and honey together in a small bowl to make the dressing.
  10. 10. Slowly pour the oil into the vinegar-honey mixture while whisking continuously.
