Ingredients
- 100 g red cabbage (1 piece)
- 6 figs
- 2 bananas
- 60 g aronia berry (4 tbsp)
- 400 g yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 45 g acacia honey (3 tbsp)
Instructions
- 1. Remove the hard stems from the red cabbage. Wash the vegetable thoroughly under running water. Cut the red cabbage into coarse, irregular pieces.
- 2. Remove the hard stems from the figs. Wash the fruits well. Cut each fig in half through the middle so you get two halves.
- 3. Peel the bananas completely. Cut the fruit flesh into bite-sized pieces.
- 4. Remove any small twigs or unripe berries from the aronia berries. Then wash the berries thoroughly.
- 5. Place the chopped red cabbage, fig halves, banana pieces, and aronia berries into a countertop blender or a tall mixing container.
- 6. Add the yogurt and 350 milliliters of water.
- 7. Blend the mixture on the highest setting until it is absolutely smooth and fine. Make sure no large chunks remain.
- 8. Taste the drink and sweeten it to your liking with honey. Stir the honey in well until it has dissolved.
- 9. Hold a fine kitchen sieve over drinking glasses. Pour the drink through the sieve to catch any fibers or seeds. Fill the glasses with it.
