  1. 1. Remove the red grapes from the stems and wash them thoroughly.
  2. 2. Lightly crush the grapes with a potato masher to release the juice.
  3. 3. Place the fruit and juice into a cooking pot.
  4. 4. Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat.
  5. 5. Reduce the heat and let the fruit simmer gently for about 20 to 30 minutes.
  6. 6. Cook the fruit until they are soft and falling apart.
  7. 7. Wash the orange thoroughly.
  8. 8. Slice the orange into thin rounds.
  9. 9. Add the orange slices and cardamom to the pot mixture.
  10. 10. Let the mixture simmer for another 10 minutes.
  11. 11. Pour the contents of the pot through a coarse nettle cloth.
  12. 12. Catch the draining juice in a bowl.
  13. 13. Let the juice drip overnight.
  14. 14. Bring water to a boil in a large pot.
  15. 15. Sterilize the jars by placing them in the boiling water for 10 minutes.
  16. 16. Mix the drained juice with coconut blossom sugar.
  17. 17. Bring the sweetener to a boil while stirring frequently.
  18. 18. Stir in the agar-agar powder.
  19. 19. Let the mixture boil for another 5 minutes.
  20. 20. Remove the cardamom pods from the jelly mixture.
  21. 21. Fill the hot jelly immediately into the prepared jars.
  22. 22. Wipe the rims of the jars clean.
  23. 23. Seal the jars tightly immediately.
  24. 24. Place the jars upside down on the lid to create a vacuum.
  25. 25. Repeat this process until all the jelly is bottled.
  26. 26. Turn the jars back over after about 5 minutes.
