Ingredients
- 2 kg dark table grapes
- liquid honey (to sweeten)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the grapes thoroughly.
- 2. Halve the grapes.
- 3. Place the halved grapes and 150 milliliters of water in a pot.
- 4. Bring the mixture to a boil on the stove.
- 5. Reduce the heat to a medium setting.
- 6. Simmer the grapes for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 7. Stretch a piece of cheesecloth between two chair legs.
- 8. Pour the cooked grape mixture through the cloth.
- 9. Place a container under the cloth to catch the juice.
- 10. Let the juice strain through the cloth overnight.
- 11. The next day, squeeze the remaining fruit in the cloth to extract the last juice.
- 12. Sweeten the juice to taste with honey.
- 13. Fill the finished juice into bottles.
- 14. Store the bottles in a cool and dark place.
