  5. 5. Rinse the chicken breast fillets under cold water.
  6. 6. Pat the fillets dry with a kitchen towel.
  7. 7. Cut the chicken meat into small cubes.
  8. 8. Thread the chicken cubes onto eight wooden skewers.
  9. 9. Season the skewers with salt and pepper.
  10. 10. Wash the cucumber and tomatoes thoroughly.
  11. 11. Remove any hard parts or seeds from the cucumber.
  12. 12. Cut the cucumber into fine cubes.
  13. 13. Cut the tomatoes into fine cubes.
  14. 14. Peel the onion.
  15. 15. Finely chop the onion.
  16. 16. Wash the parsley.
