Ingredients
- 200 g sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil, well drained, finely chopped)
- 50 g pine nuts (finely chopped)
- 1 bunch basil (finely ground in a mortar)
- 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley (finely ground in a mortar)
- 1 clove garlic (peeled, finely chopped)
- 50 ml olive oil (extra virgin)
- black pepper (from the mill)
- 1 pinch sugar
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly mix all ingredients in a bowl. Season the mixture to taste with a pinch of pepper and a small amount of sugar to perfectly balance the flavor.
