  3. 3. Cut the apple into four quarters.
  4. 4. Remove the core from the apple pieces.
  5. 5. Dice the apple into small cubes as well.
  6. 6. Peel the onion.
  7. 7. Finely chop the onion.
  8. 8. Take the cucumbers out of their liquid.
  9. 9. Dice the cucumbers finely.
  10. 10. Pat the matjes fillets dry with a kitchen towel.
  11. 11. Cut the matjes fillets into bite-sized pieces.
  12. 12. Dice the boiled eggs into small cubes.
  13. 13. Place the beetroot, onions, cucumbers, and apple into a bowl.
  14. 14. Add oil, salt, vinegar, honey, pepper, and sour cream.
  15. 15. Mix all ingredients well.
