🍽️ Colorful Salad with Turkey, Figs, and Pears

Ingredients
- Radicchio
- 3 tbsp walnuts (peeled)
- 2 figs
- 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 0.5 tsp salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp walnut oil (or another nut oil)
- 1 pear (ripe)
- 8 slices turkey breast fillet (thinly sliced)
- Parmesan (for grating)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the radicchio lettuce thoroughly and dry it using a salad spinner.
- 2. Tear the lettuce leaves into small, bite-sized pieces.
- 3. Roughly chop the walnuts into small pieces.
- 4. Wash the figs and dry them with a cloth.
- 5. Cut the figs into quarters or thin wedges, depending on their size.
- 6. Mix white balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper in a small bowl to create a marinade.
- 7. Stir the oil slowly into the marinade until well combined.
- 8. Wash the pear and cut it in half lengthwise.
- 9. Remove the hard core area from the inside of the pear halves.
- 10. Cut the pear flesh into small, bite-sized pieces.
- 11. Toss the pear pieces immediately with the prepared marinade.
- 12. Arrange the radicchio and figs in small bowls to serve.
- 13. Place the marinated pear pieces along with the marinade over the salad.
- 14. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts generously over the top.
- 15. Roll the turkey breast slices tightly into small rolls.
- 16. Place the turkey rolls neatly on top of the salad.
- 17. Grate some Parmesan cheese freshly over the dish.
- 18. Serve the salad immediately.
