🍽️ Fresh Red Cabbage and Apple Juice

Ingredients
- 2 sweet red apples
- 200 g red cabbage (1 piece)
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Wash the apples thoroughly.
- 2. Dry the apples with a cloth.
- 3. Cut the apples into four equal pieces.
- 4. Remove the hard core and the outer leaves from the red cabbage.
- 5. Wash the red cabbage under running water.
- 6. Roughly chop the red cabbage.
- 7. Cut a small piece of red cabbage into thin strips.
- 8. Save these strips for later as decoration.
- 9. Put the apple pieces and the red cabbage into a juicer.
- 10. Juice the ingredients.
- 11. Pour the juice into a glass.
- 12. Add a splash of balsamic vinegar.
- 13. Add a few ice cubes to the glass.
- 14. Stir the mixture well.
- 15. Garnish the juice with the prepared red cabbage strips.
- 16. Drink the juice immediately while fresh.
