  1. 1. Peel the melon and cut the flesh into coarse cubes. Wash the strawberries and remove the green stems. Set aside half of the berries, halve them, and keep them for later as a garnish.
  2. 2. Halve the orange and squeeze out the juice. Wash the mint, shake it dry, and pluck off the leaves. Take the remaining strawberries, cut them in half, and add them to a blender along with the melon pieces, orange juice, and maple syrup. Puree the mixture until smooth.
  3. 3. Fill the puree into four bowls. Sprinkle it with oat flakes and raisins. Coarsely chop the almonds and sprinkle them on top. Garnish the bowls with the remaining strawberries and mint leaves. Serve the dish immediately.
