  2. 2. Peel the beetroot and cut it into thin strips.
  3. 3. Halve the apples, remove the core, and dice the flesh into small cubes.
  4. 4. Tear the arugula leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  5. 5. Peel the onion and cut it into thin strips as well.
  6. 6. Rinse the crab meat and gently pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
  7. 7. Whisk the horseradish, yogurt, lemon juice, honey, and chopped dill in a bowl until you have a creamy dressing.
  8. 8. Season the dressing to taste with salt and pepper.
  9. 9. Add all prepared ingredients to a large bowl and toss them thoroughly with the yogurt dressing.
