🍽️ Beetroot Protein Shake

Ingredients
- 2 beetroot bulbs (300 g)
- 2 Medjool dates
- 300 g Skyr
- 30 g fine oat flakes (3 tbsp)
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 40 g almond kernels
- 20 g chia seeds (2 tbsp)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the beetroot thoroughly.
- 2. Peel the beetroot.
- 3. Cut the beetroot into quarters.
- 4. Pit the dates.
- 5. Place all ingredients except the chia seeds into a stand mixer.
- 6. Add 150 milliliters of water.
- 7. Blend the mixture until smooth.
- 8. Pour the shake into glasses.
- 9. Sprinkle the chia seeds over the shake.
