🍰 Beetroot Nicecream with Chia Seeds

Ingredients
- 250 g beetroot (pre-cooked; vacuum-sealed)
- 4 ripe bananas
- 3 tbsp almond drink (almond milk)
- 3 tbsp chia seeds (3 g each)
- 1.5 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp poppy seeds (5 g each)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the beetroot into small cubes.
- 2. Peel the bananas and slice them.
- 3. Place the beetroot cubes and banana slices into a freezer bag or container.
- 4. Freeze the ingredients for about 3 hours.
- 5. Add the frozen beetroot, frozen banana slices, almond drink, 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, and 1 teaspoon of turmeric to a stand blender.
- 6. Blend the mixture until a fine, creamy ice cream forms.
- 7. Fill the nicecream into 6 glasses (each about 150 milliliters).
- 8. Sprinkle the desserts with the remaining chia seeds, poppy seeds, and a little turmeric.
- 9. Serve the nicecream immediately.
