🍽️ Fresh Beetroot Apple Juice with Sugar Syrup

Ingredients
- 150 g Sugar
- 500 g Beetroot
- 500 g Apples
- 0.5 Lemon (juice)
- Ice cubes (to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Put 300 milliliters of water and the sugar into a pot.
- 2. Bring the mixture to a boil on the stove.
- 3. Let the syrup bubble gently for 3 to 4 minutes.
- 4. Remove the pot from the heat and let the syrup cool down completely.
- 5. Peel the beetroot and the apples.
- 6. Cut the fruit and vegetables into coarse cubes.
- 7. Process the cubes in a juicer to make fresh juice.
- 8. Stir the lemon juice and the cooled sugar syrup into the juice.
- 9. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
- 10. Serve the juice as desired with ice cubes and lemon zest.
