  2. 2. Pat the fillets completely dry with kitchen paper.
  3. 3. Clean the spring onions and wash them.
  4. 4. Let the peas thaw.
  5. 5. Drain the corn in a sieve.
  6. 6. Season the fish fillets with salt.
  7. 7. Season the fish fillets with pepper.
  8. 8. Lightly dust the fillets with flour.
  9. 9. Shake off any excess flour from the fillets.
  10. 10. Heat the butter in a frying pan.
  11. 11. Fry the spring onions in the butter.
  12. 12. Stir until the onions become translucent.
  13. 13. Add the peas to the pan.
  14. 14. Add the corn to the pan.
  15. 15. Season the vegetables with salt.
  16. 16. Season the vegetables with pepper.
  17. 17. Cook the vegetables while stirring occasionally.
