🍽️ Colorful Skewers with Tomato, Cheese, and Pesto Bread

Ingredients
- 100 g small cherry tomatoes (12 small cherry tomatoes)
- 1 handful basil (leaves)
- 75 g mozzarella (9 % fat)
- 50 g mixed bread (1 slice)
- 2 tsp pesto (jar)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Let the tomatoes drain well in a colander.
- 3. Wash the basil leaves under cold water as well.
- 4. Shake off excess water from the basil leaves or pat them dry gently with a kitchen towel.
- 5. Drain the mozzarella in a colander.
- 6. Slice the mozzarella into thin slices.
- 7. Cut the mozzarella slices into a total of 12 small cubes.
- 8. Spread the pesto evenly over the bread.
- 9. Cut the pesto bread into a total of 12 small cubes.
- 10. Take long wooden skewers (also known as shish kebabs).
- 11. Wrap each mozzarella cube loosely in a single basil leaf.
- 12. Thread the ingredients onto the skewers in an alternating pattern.
- 13. Use alternating pieces of tomato, the basil-mozzarella packets, and pesto bread cubes.
- 14. Place the finished skewers in a bread box for takeaway.
