🍽️ Crunchy Ciabatta with Avocado and Kalahari Truffle

Ingredients
- 8 slices Ciabatta
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Avocados
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- Salt
- 80 g Kalahari Truffle
- Pepper
- 1 Garlic clove
- Cress (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Drizzle some oil onto the ciabatta slices.
- 2. Fry the slices in a hot grill pan until golden brown.
- 3. Peel the avocados.
- 4. Halve the avocados and remove the pits.
- 5. Cut the flesh into thin wedges.
- 6. Drizzle lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of oil over the avocado.
- 7. Season the avocado with salt.
- 8. Clean the Kalahari truffles thoroughly.
- 9. Slice the truffles thinly.
- 10. Heat the remaining oil in a pan.
- 11. Sauté the truffle slices briefly.
- 12. Season the truffles with salt and pepper.
- 13. Peel the garlic clove.
- 14. Halve the garlic clove.
- 15. Rub the toasted bread slices with the cut sides of the garlic.
- 16. Distribute the avocado slices on the bread.
- 17. Top the bread with the truffle slices.
- 18. Garnish the dish with cress.
- 19. Serve the toast immediately.
