🍽️ Thuringian Grilled Steak with Onions

Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp sharp mustard
- 200 ml dark beer
- pepper
- 1200 g pork shoulder with bone (4 slices)
- 2 onions
- vegetable oil (for the grill)
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic and slice it thinly. Mix it with the mustard and beer, and season the mixture with pepper. Rinse the meat briefly, pat it dry, and mix it thoroughly with the marinade. Place the meat in a shallow dish, cover it, and let it marinate overnight.
- 2. Take the meat out of the marinade the next day. Grill it on the oiled grill for 10 to 15 minutes, turning it occasionally.
- 3. Peel the onions and slice them into rings. Sweat them in the hot butter for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Add a little marinade and season with salt and pepper.
- 4. Season the meat with salt and serve it with the onions.
- 5. Serve with potato salad if you like.
