Ingredients
- 200 g sea salt
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 4 sprigs rosemary
Instructions
- 1. Pluck the needles off the rosemary sprigs.
- 2. Chop the rosemary needles very finely.
- 3. Grate the peel of an orange to get the orange zest.
- 4. Add the fine rosemary and the orange zest to the sea salt.
- 5. Mix everything well together.
- 6. Spread the salt mixture out flat on a surface.
- 7. Let the mixture dry for two days.
- 8. Fill the finished salt into a jar.
- 9. Store the jar in a dry place.
