  1. 1. Pluck the needles off the rosemary sprigs.
  2. 2. Chop the rosemary needles very finely.
  3. 3. Grate the peel of an orange to get the orange zest.
  4. 4. Add the fine rosemary and the orange zest to the sea salt.
  5. 5. Mix everything well together.
  6. 6. Spread the salt mixture out flat on a surface.
  7. 7. Let the mixture dry for two days.
  8. 8. Fill the finished salt into a jar.
  9. 9. Store the jar in a dry place.
