Ingredients
- 4 sprigs rosemary
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp peppercorns
- 700 ml olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Wash the rosemary sprigs thoroughly and pat them completely dry with a kitchen towel. Peel the garlic cloves and cut them in half.
- 2. Place the rosemary sprigs and garlic into a clean jar. Add pepper, pour in the oil, and let the mixture infuse for at least two weeks to allow the flavors to develop.
